How to capture content
You can add content to Inbox4 in four ways.
Option 1 — Web dashboard
From your dashboard, you can:
- Create notes
- Save links
- Upload PDF or DOCX files
- Upload images
- Create reminders

Option 2 — Telegram bot (fastest method)

Send the bot:
- Links
- Notes
- Documents
- Images
- Voice messages
Inbox4 will automatically process and organize them.
How to connect Telegram
Open the Telegram tab in your Inbox4 dashboard to get your personal connection code.
Then send the bot the following command:
/start YOUR_CODE_HERE
After sending the command, return to Inbox4 and refresh the Telegram page.
Your account will be connected.

Option 3 — WhatsApp (fastest method)
WhatsApp works the same way as Telegram.
Open the WhatsApp tab in your Inbox4 dashboard to find:
- Your personal connection code (CODE)
- The WhatsApp number to message
From WhatsApp, send the following message to that number:
start CODE
After connecting, you can send:
- Links
- Notes
- Documents
- Images
- Voice messages
Inbox4 will automatically process and organize them.

Option 4 — Email forwarding
Inbox4 provides a personal email address inside your dashboard.
Anything you send or forward to that address will be added to your archive and processed automatically.
This is useful for:
- Forwarding newsletters
- Saving important emails
- Sending documents or notes to yourself
