Inbox4 is a digital AI-powered software service. Because access to paid features is granted immediately after purchase, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

Subscriptions

Inbox4 offers subscription-based access to AI features.

You may request a refund within 3 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided that the service has not been significantly used.

After this 3-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not automatically issue a refund for past payments.

Credits

Inbox4 may include credits as part of a subscription or separate purchase. Credits are consumed when AI features are used.

Because credits provide immediate access to digital functionality:

  • Used credits are non-refundable
  • Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 3 days of purchase, at our discretion

Partially used credit allocations are generally not refundable.

Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, please contact us. Verified billing errors will be refunded.

Technical Issues

If you experience a confirmed technical issue that prevents normal use of the service, you may request a refund. Each request will be reviewed individually.
